A Message from Past Chief Greg Egloff
Time.
It is the MOST valuable commodity.
Money may be motivational and the reason why every morning you do what you do.
But time.
It waits for no one.
Therefore, we fill our days with all the things we try and do... to be productive.
Family, career, school, spirituality-they all take time.
Our daily lives become a juggling act to try and fit it all in.
Yet all of you add more to the juggling act by volunteering numerous hours to the department and your community.
And how is that time spent?
By responding to the 1164 calls we were alerted for in 2019.
And more time still at 135 drills ,standbys and work details.
5 new members started giving their time in 2019. Congratulations to those who gave even more time by completing their BEFO/IFO training.
It has been my honor to share MY time as your Chief.
Thank you to my line officers for supporting me with YOUR time.
Thank you to my family for allowing the LACK of time to be with you as I fulfilled my duties here.
And thank you to all the members for all of YOUR time spent learning and responding.
